We are excited to welcome a new upstairs neighbor! Hillsborough Spa and Day Retreat will open this fall with five treatment rooms offering facials, massage, and body treatments; two steam rooms and an infrared sauna; and a pretty lounge for quiet contemplation. Carolina Yoga Teacher Training

We offer a comprehensive yoga teacher training program at Carrboro Yoga, with offerings at both the 200-hour and the 500-hour level. You needn’t want to teach to enjoy the program; about half of our 200-hour-level students enjoy the yoga immersion experience as a means to deepen their own understanding and practice. We offer a weekend program that runs September 2016–April 2017. Coming this winter: a nine-week weekday hybrid that meets Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, 9 a.m.–2 p.m., January 10–March 9, 2017.  Read all about it →
