Recognizing the interconnectedness of our lives, we assess everything from physical and emotional health to relationships, environment, and professional success to identify the areas that, when improved, will best propel you to your optimal health and wellness. Coaching is not therapy but rather is forward-focused. Coaches partner with clients to help them identify the steps to take towards change that makes most sense for their lives. Meetings are approximately one hour but can be tailored to your needs.
